Refund policy

we accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit provided the item(s) is in it's original, clean, unwashed, undamaged, unused and unworn condition (including all tags and hygiene labels still being attached).

exchanges/store credit:

if you need to exchange your size, colour, or style, or simply want to return your item for store credit you have 30 days from delivery date to initiate your return.

refunds:

unfortunately we aren't able to offer refunds for change of mind, however if there's an issue with quality please contact us.

for all returns & exchanges:

return shipping will be covered by the customer and the original shipping cost will not be included in your refund/store credit amount. however, when doing an exchange the shipping for your new item will be free.

please note: all swimwear should be tried on over underwear and with hygiene labels on for sanitary purposes in the case you need to return or exchange them.
